 Step 1

 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

 Step 2

 Heat water and rice to the point of boiling in a pan. Decrease warmth to medium-low, cover, and stew

until rice is delicate and water has been retained, 20 to 25 minutes.

Step 3

Mix Colby-Jack cheddar into the cooked rice; spread combination over the lower part of a 9x13 glass heating dish.

Step 4

Join wiener, bacon, mushrooms, green ringer pepper, and onion in a bowl. Pour over rice in the heating dish.

Step 5

Beat eggs, milk, dark pepper, and garlic powder together in a medium bowl. Pour equitably over the rice meal. Top with cheddar.

 Step 6

Heat in the preheated broiler until firm in the middle, around 45 minutes. Eliminate from stove and let sit, 5 to 10 minutes.
